Δικαίωμα αναιτιολόγητης υπαναχώρησης – Επιστροφές και Πολιτική Αποζημίωσης
Ως Μέλος μπορείτε εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερολογιακών ημερών από την ημέρα που παραλάβατε το προϊόν ο ίδιος ή τρίτο πρόσωπο που έχει υποδειχθεί από εσάς, πλην του μεταφορέα, να υπαναχωρήσετε αναιτιολόγητα από την παραγγελία σας για οποιονδήποτε λόγο. Σε περίπτωση παραγγελίας αποτελούμενης από πολλά προϊόντα τα οποία παραδίδονται κατ’ επιλογήν σας τμηματικά, η ως άνω προθεσμία αναιτιολόγητης ακύρωσης ξεκινά από την ημέρα κατά την οποία παραλάβατε το τελευταίο προϊόν της ως άνω παραγγελίας.

Σημειώστε πως διεκπεραιώνουμε την παραγγελία σας μέσα στο πλαίσιο των διαθέσιμων αποθεμάτων μας.
Σε περίπτωση που ένα από τα προϊόντα μας δεν είναι διαθέσιμο στο απόθεμα μας, δεσμευόμαστε να επικοινωνήσουμε μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου εντός 2 εργάσιμων ημερών
από την ημερομηνία της παραγγελίας πληροφορώντας σας, για την προθεσμία εντός της οποίας θα μπορεί να σας παραδοθεί το προϊόν.
Επιπλέον, οι διαθεσιμότητες των προϊόντων αναφέρονται ενδεικτικά και δεν είναι δεσμευτικές.
Επιστροφή
Θα γίνεται αποδεκτή μόνο η επιστροφή των προϊόντων που βρίσκονται σε άριστη κατάσταση στην αρχική τους συσκευασία
με πλήρες περιεχόμενο (εξαρτήματα, οδηγίες χρήσης, κτλ.)
Παρακαλώ, σημειώστε ότι τα έξοδα μεταφοράς εμπίπτουν στον πελάτη κατά την αποστολή του προϊόντος (το προϊόν αποστέλλεται με ευθύνη του πελάτη).
Σας συμβουλεύουμε να επιστρέψετε το προϊόν ως συστημένο δέμα και να επιλέξετε ενδεχομένως αποστολή δηλωμένης αξίας που να αντιπροσωπεύει το κόστος των προϊόντων που αποστέλλετε.
Κάτι τέτοιο είναι απαραίτητο σε περίπτωση κλοπής ή απώλειας από τις μεταφορικές υπηρεσίες. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, η επιστροφή πραγματοποιείται υπ’ευθύνη του Πελάτη.
Κάθε προϊόν που θα έχει υποστεί ζημιές, ή του οποίου η συσκευασία θα έχει υποστεί φθορές, δε θα λάβει αποζημίωση.
Αν το προϊόν που επιστράφηκε είναι ελλιπές ή έχει υποστεί ζημιές, μια μείωση της τιμής θα εφαρμοστεί σύμφωνα με τη διάγνωση που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από το τμήμα του www.horecabar.gr
